SEAtS Student App
When enabled this can be accessed from the user menu within the app. Once selected a new screen will open with the options to create the absence.
The student will have the option to set the start date, end date, select the absence type, add a comment, and add an attachment.
Absences once created will then appear on the website, if they require approval they will appear in the approvals screen.
Academic Timetabling designed for Blended Learning
Introducing SEAtS Scheduler, the brand new academic timetabling system for blended learning. Now SEAtS customers can take timetabling to the next level:
- Import and update your old timetables
- Automatically create and sync Teams and Zoom events
- Push events and updates to students and staff calendars in MS Teams and Outlook

SEAtS Learning Analytics
A Personalised Dashboard to reflect what Engagement means to you
Stream data and map to your Engagement Analytics dashboard in SEAtS. With Blackboard, Canvas, and Moodle connectors, SEAtS tracks student engagement and wellbeing lead indicators, such as:
- Last seen online
- LMS activity
