Workflows
Workflows effectively define different policies which can be applied to different sets of students like UKVI or Student Attendance. SEAtS scans live data for workflow specific parameters. There are 5 stages of severity. If a student parameter is not met, SEAtS escalates that student to the next stage. Each stage can trigger multiple automated actions including notifying an advisor, emailing the student or arranging a meeting. Email templates create efficient communication for streamlined processes.
