The latest information on how SEAtS Software is responding
At SEAtS Software, we have been closely following guidance issued by the WHO and local governments with regards to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
In line with this, the majority of our staff will be working from home for the duration of the current event. Our approach to date is business as usual across all departments. Where onsite visits would previously be the norm, we are asking clients to opt for virtual meetings in order to protect both themselves and SEAtS Software staff.
Our teams are contactable as normal, via their email or phone. The support desk is fully operational and can be contacted via phone, email or the help desk. Full details of all options are available via this link.
SEAtS Software does not anticipate any major disruption from the way we work from day to day. We have a Business Continuity Plan in place as well as the right systems to enable us to successfully work remotely for a sustained period of time.
