Mobile Support
Please follow the steps below to resolve any issues with SEAtS mobile app
1. Check your connection
Internet: Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Try using a browser to connect to any website and see if it loads. If you are unable to connect to the internet, contact your campus IT department.
Bluetooth: Make sure your device is connected to bluetooth. You can toggle Bluetooth on and off in the settings of your phone. If you are unable to connect to bluetooth, contact your campus IT department.
2. Class schedule
If your class does not appear in-app, please contact your campus IT department.
