A smooth onboarding phase

Stage 1

Requirements and Data Analysis

Get to know your Customer Success team who will be with you throughout your implementation and beyond. Run through the specifics of your solution requirements. Identify meaningful student data signals from across your campus.

Stage 2

Setup of Software Platform and Devices

We work closely with customer appointed project managers and their IT departments to ensure that everyone is on the same page. Our software and hardware have been specifically designed to easily integrate with your existing digital infrastructure.

Stage 3

Data Validation and Cleansing

Run through what campus systems and technology needs to be connected to SEAtS. Work closely with our Data Analysts to ensure that the data being pushed into the SEAtS Platform is clean and correct to reflect true student engagement, whether in-person or online.

Stage 4

Advanced Software Configuration

Set up SEAtS to suit your institution culture and processes. Create custom colours, fields, and dashboards. Work with our Customer Success team to build custom workflows that assist with internal task management, student communications, and compliance reporting.

Stage 5

Testing and QA

Once the setup is complete, we run extensive Quality Assurance tests to ensure that all users have the best possible experience using SEAtS web and mobile apps. Any issues are flagged and corrected at this stage of the implementation process.

Stage 6

User Acceptance Testing

After our internal Quality Assurance testing, our customer users are set up to test the web and mobile apps. Based off of the end users feedback, we make any final corrections to the system before go-live.

Stage 7

Training (train the trainer approach)

The dedicated SEAtS Admins within your institution works closely with our Knowledge Transfer team to get in-depth training on the system; how it works and how to make it work for you. The team are at-hand to ensure that questions are answered as soon as they arise.

Stage 8

Documentation (architecture and operational)

Our team work with you to identify the documentation you may need to reference in the future. These documents act as a starter-pack for new SEAtS Admins that may be added to your institution. After training, you will still be in regular contact with your designated Customer Success Manager.
