Staff can quickly notify students and staff that were in teaching spaces with next steps and faculty policy.

SEAtS touchless devices take a student’s temperature at a campus entry point.
How it works
SEAtS touchless devices take a student’s temperature at a campus entry point, and again on checking into each class. We offer several devices, each with a specific level of symptom screening and accuracy. Staff can also participate using their staff ID cards.
Students who have a temperature are sent a private message asking them to report to an on-campus test location. A case is opened in SEAtS for each student to manage their care which includes triggered SEAtS Workflow communications for personal assistance as well as updating students who may have been in contact over a 2 week period.

Contact Track and Trace
Identify staff and students who have been in contact with a confirmed case with SEAtS Track and Trace. Search by student number, filter affected lectures by any date range, and view all staff and students who have been in contact with a confirmed case. Email all students who have been in contact with a confirmed case directly from the SEAtS Track and Trace, or download and share list as a PDF/CSV.

Track
Monitor Students and Staff through a range of attendance solutions including SEAtS Mobile App or SEAtS Fever Detection devices.

Trace
Search student ID number with the confirmed case, and generate a list of all students who may be compromised. Filter by days or weeks previous.


Email Template
Efficiently email affected students with a COVID19 Information pack, directions to the nearest test center or specific pre-approved COVID messages.

Email tracing list directly from SEAtS platform. Option to send email to the institution email address as well as their personal email address.
